Returns and Exchanges

For any reason if the merchandise you purchased fails to meet your expectation please return it within 14 days of receipt for exchange, credit or refund.

If the return item you purchased you could choose to replace it with other items or refund of your payment (excluding delivery and handling charges).

If the return item is a gift, we shall either replace for another item or issues a gift certificate.

2. inform us if you would like to exchange for other item or a credit
3. make sure to pack the item with original packing materials

Damaged items

If the item was damaged when received, please take a picture and email us with all packing material intact within 5 days.  Once we receive the notice, we shall then arrange a pick up and replacement.
